3. Products and Descriptions
MoonsOut offers fashion products, including clothing, accessories and related items.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, sizes, colors, prices and product information are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, handmade details, stretch fabrics or production differences.
MoonsOut reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the website at any time, including after an order has been placed, if necessary.
4. Sizing
Customers are responsible for checking the Size Guide before ordering and selecting the appropriate size based on their measurements.
Many MoonsOut items are made from stretch fabrics and are designed to fit close to the body. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
If you are unsure which size to choose, you can contact us at shop@moonsout.shop before placing your order. We will do our best to help, but the final size choice remains the customer’s responsibility.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
MoonsOut reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- technical error;
- incorrect price;
- inability to process payment;
- suspected fraud;
- unavailable product;
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- circumstances outside our control.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
6. Availability and Production
Some MoonsOut items may be in stock and ready to ship.
Other items are produced after an order is placed. If an item is not in stock, production usually takes approximately 4–6 business days before shipping.
Production time does not include shipping time.
During busy periods, launches, promotions, holidays or unexpected circumstances, processing or production may take slightly longer.
7. Prices
All prices are displayed on the website and may be changed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, availability and product information at any time.
The price the customer pays is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is completed, unless there is an obvious technical error.
8. Payments
MoonsOut accepts the payment methods available through Shopify Payments and PayPal when active at checkout.
Available payment methods may include debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other methods supported by Shopify Payments depending on the customer’s country, currency and device.
We do not accept cryptocurrency payments.
All payments are processed through secure payment providers. MoonsOut does not store full credit or debit card details.
9. Shipping
Orders are shipped through DHL, PostOne or another carrier where necessary.
Estimated delivery times after shipping are:
Standard Shipping: approximately 6–10 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs authorities, holidays, incorrect address, recipient absence, natural disasters, strikes or other circumstances outside the control of MoonsOut.

10. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, import duties and related import fees are covered by MoonsOut. Customers in the United States pay only the amount shown at checkout.
For orders within the European Union, customers should not be charged additional customs duties or import duties upon delivery, as orders are shipped from an EU member state.
For countries outside the United States and the European Union, any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MoonsOut does not control these charges and is not responsible for decisions, delays or fees imposed by local customs authorities.
11. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be processing, preparing or in production, and we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets our return conditions.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other signs of wear, and with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

13. Promotions, Discounts and Sale Items
Promotional codes, discounts and special offers are valid only under the conditions stated for the relevant campaign.
MoonsOut reserves the right to modify, end or refuse a promotion in cases of misuse, technical error or violation of terms.
Items purchased on sale, promotional items, final sale items and items from special sale events cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or where required by applicable law.
14. Customer Accounts
If the website allows customer accounts, the customer is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
MoonsOut is not responsible for actions taken through a customer account if access was voluntarily shared or compromised due to the customer’s lack of care.
15. Intellectual Property
All rights in the website, logo, MoonsOut name, designs, product photos, videos, text, graphics, visuals, prints, campaigns, product descriptions, layout and other content belong to MoonsOut or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, use, modify or sell MoonsOut content without prior written permission.

- social media content;
- logos and brand elements.

If you share photos, videos, reviews, comments or other content related to MoonsOut with us, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
If you tag us, send us content or give permission for use, we may use that content for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, email campaigns or advertising materials, unless you specifically request otherwise.
We will not use content in a way that intentionally misleads or harms the creator.
