If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can assist you faster.

For return or exchange requests, please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval or instructions may not be accepted.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging and a short description of the issue.

We do our best to reply as quickly as possible during business days. During busy periods, launches, holidays or high order volume, replies may take slightly longer.
